Below you can see the stain glass window that the owner wished to accent

The owners of this bathroom in, Newton, MA, wanted to compliment their beautiful stained glass window, without painting the entire bathroom in blue.

Instead, they chose to have small sections of the wall painted randomly through out the room with an assortment of tropical fish and coral, over a pale yellow.

The pale yellow and the colors of the painted fish were were chosen to match the colors of the window, not only in the day time but also at night when the window was lit from inside and therefore much darker.

To create a sense of flow from one area to the next the corners of the wall were painted with little underwater arrangements.
